A Little About Me As a "military wfe" (Air Force) turned realtor with years of moving experience and real estate sales experience, I know all too well what's involved with buying or selling real estate. If you would like to work with someone who has been there and who truly understands what you're going through, please call me. I'd love to help. My family consists of a dear husband, two very handsome grown sons, a sweet daughter-in-law and a darling little grandson who weighed only 1 pound 10 ounces when he was born in February 2005 (3 months early). As you can see by the picture below (taken at two years old) he's a sweet, healthy, very energetic little boy.
I'm a native Tar Heel (Goldsboro, NC).
The Air Force sent us to many great places world wide but our favorite assignment was to HQ Recruiting Service at Randolph AFB in '76. We fell in love with San Antonio immediately after we arrived and decided to make it our home.
I must admit that a little piece of my heart will always be in North Carolina.
My family has always come first so while my sons were still in school I chose to be a full time wife and mom and part time volunteer (soccer, Red Cross, school, church). Once they were out of school, though, I realized a longtime dream and received my real estate license in 1993. The many friendships I've formed along the way are priceless!
When I'm not selling real estate or babysitting our grandson, I enjoy zipping around town in my bright red '95 SHO (for SHO enthusiasts see photo below). You can catch me at the drag races on an occasional Friday night (so far just spectating), target shooting at a friend's ranch a couple of times a month or walking our two dogs (adopted from the Humane Society).
I value each of my clients and work hard to make the home buying or selling process a pleasant experience as well as an educational one for my clients.
When the papers have all been signed and the ownership of the home has changed hands, I want my clients to consider me not just their real estate agent but also a new friend.
If you're considering a pet, would you please consider adopting a pet from either the Humane Society, the Animal Defense League or the City Pound? They make GREAT family members! Donations also help. |
